Relevant Scope & Complexity

  • 3,000+ large-diameter piles up to 60 inches in diameter and approximately 43 metres deep across ISBL and OSBL areas
  • 142 marine piles (24-inch diameter, 35 metres)
  • River-water intake sheet piling, temporary trestle, and cofferdam works
  • LNG tank foundations and ground-improvement programs
  • 7.3 km of precast site drainage
  • Approximately 3,000 m³ of structural concrete including large tank-pad slabs

PROJECT 02

Sector

Marine

Location

Ridley Island / Prince Rupert, British Columbia

Environment

Tidal coastal marine terminal

Marine Energy-Export Terminal

Senior project-management leadership with full accountability for safety, production, cost forecasting, schedule integrity, forensic schedule analysis, and major change management.

Relevant Scope & Complexity

  • 1.2 km marine trestle program in tidal coastal conditions
  • Strict environmental and regulatory constraints
  • Multiple concurrent piling rigs
  • 130-person workforce across active marine work fronts

PROJECT 03

Sector

Location

Fort Saskatchewan Region, Alberta

Environment

Net-zero petrochemical mega-project

Major Petrochemical Development

Senior construction-management leadership across early works and heavy-civil packages in the Alberta Industrial Heartland.

Relevant Scope & Complexity

  • Early works: undergrounds, sitewide services, piling, and concrete foundations for major process units
  • Construction of a 76-inch cooling-water pipeline, firewater system, and internal roadways
  • Oversight of two major contractor packages within a tier-one EPC operating framework
  • Earlier foundation and structural works: Shell Scotford Upgrader hydrogen line and Northwest Redwater Partnership Refinery

PROJECT 04

Sector

Transmission

Location

Western Canada

Environment

500+ km linear right-of-way

Transmission and Substation Infrastructure

Foundation delivery leadership across remote, linear work fronts spanning drilled-shaft, auger, driven, and helical foundation systems.

Relevant Scope & Complexity

  • $1.6B EPC transmission program
  • 500+ km of right-of-way across diverse northern Alberta terrain
  • Three distinct scopes including a 500 kV line and major interconnection works
  • 31 drilled shafts (10 ft and 12 ft diameter)
  • 125 auger piles (1.2 m to 2 m diameter)
  • 5,546 driven piles
  • 5,412 helical piles
  • More than 11,000 foundations delivered
  • Closed out ahead of schedule with zero lost-time injuries

PROJECT 05

Sector

Heavy Civil

Location

Alberta and British Columbia

Environment

Bridge, river, and marine civil works

Bridge, River, and Marine Civil Works

Substructure and river-crossing delivery across cofferdams, caissons, micropiles, and sheet-piled tie-back systems.

Relevant Scope & Complexity

  • Substructure delivery on a signature urban river bridge
  • Cofferdam systems, caissons, micropiles, and a 108 m retaining wall
  • Bridge delivery in mountainous BC terrain
  • Pipeline river crossings on a major BC pipeline program using sheet piling with tie-backs at multiple water crossings

PROJECT 06

Sector

Oil Sands

Location

Northern Alberta

Environment

Operating oil-sands and upgrader facilities

Oil Sands and Heavy Industrial Foundations

Foundation and structural delivery across major oil-sands and upgrader sites.

Relevant Scope & Complexity

  • 3,600-pile driven-pile program on a major oil-sands mine delivered for a tier-one EPC
  • Civil and foundation works at additional oil-sands processing facilities
  • Upgrader heater-expansion scope executed inside an operating facility under tie-in and shutdown constraints

PROJECT 07

Sector

Tunneling (Owner-Side)

Location

Edmonton, Alberta

Environment

Owner / client-side municipal infrastructure

Tunneling and Underground Infrastructure

Owner-side program leadership — direct experience of the owner's posture on public-sector underground infrastructure.

Relevant Scope & Complexity

  • 4.65 km of cumulative municipal drainage tunneling
  • 1.2 km at 136-inch diameter TBM
  • 1.4 km and 2.7 km at 102-inch diameter TBM
